A tribute to Adam. A wonderful son, a true friend, loved by so many people around the world and always the life and soul of any party. He was not materialistic person, he only collected friends, and these were his treasures no matter where he travelled. He loved his life as a teacher and his creative mind and many talents made him special to his students wherever he taught.
He was a loyal friend who somehow managed to make every moment count and always left you feeling better for having spent time with him. He was an amazing guitarist and wherever he was in the world always managed to be in a band. He would never miss a chance to be on stage with his beloved guitar.
Adam’s beautiful Son Ben is the gift he has left us and he is a real credit to his Daddy. Although Ben was only eight months old at the time of his Daddy’s injury he has built a relationship with him over the years when he visited us. Ben is wise beyond his nine years and has supported us and Pafan, his Mummy.
He sent us this message:
“It is ok, Daddy will be ok in heaven. I want you to think positive and stay strong. Don’t worry about me. You can call me anytime if you need my power to help you. I love you Pap and Ya and Daddy so much. "
Adam’s death has left a huge gap in so many people’s lives and hearts but we hope that all the happy memories we all have of him will live on and help to ease any sadness. Adam was the most positive and fun loving guy on the planet and this will be how he would want to be remembered.
“The free soul is rare, but you know it when you see it –
basically because you feel good, very good, when you are near or with them.”
Charles Bukowski
